"I have to say Paul keller state farm set the bar pretty high when it comes to customer service. I am a doctor of chiropractic with two practices/buildings as well as purchasing two investment properties per year and they cover all my insurance needs. From liability, to renters insurance to even our SUVS. Harry my agent at the office is always smiling and makes me laugh most of the times i am in. as well as the giant brontosaurus of a dog that is often in there that is super nice. The paul keller office has that personal small town office feel that went by the wayside 20 years ago. in addition, i ordered a state farm shirt from them so i could go as jake from state farm for halloween. to my surprise today i stopped by to pay and pick it up. The owner paul keller gave me a box with the shirt but he also gave me a complete costume from the state farm apron, jake id tag and coffee mug with jake from state farm to complete my halloween costume at my chiropractic office....and to my surprise he would not take any money for it. thanked me for being a customer all these years. Now that I am 48 and have multiple businesses i realize how rare it is for a local business to go out of their way. paul did not have to do this he simply wanted to. i think it speaks volumes of how they conduct business.
